Acceptance
By accessing or using the World Series of Fera Poker League website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the member features of the service.
Private league service
This website supports a private social poker league. Access to member features may require approval by a league administrator. An account, invitation, RSVP, or website entry does not create a right to participate in any particular event.
Accounts
You are responsible for using an authorized Google or Microsoft account and for maintaining the security of that account. Do not attempt to access another member’s account or administrative functions you are not authorized to use. League administrators may approve, deny, suspend, correct, merge, or remove league accounts and player records when reasonably necessary to administer the league.
League rules and eligibility
Participation is subject to the league rules, event rules, Championship rules, eligibility requirements, registration limits, host requirements, and decisions of authorized league administrators. Website calculations and records may be corrected when an error, duplicate record, import problem, or scoring issue is discovered.
RSVPs and event information
Members should provide accurate RSVP information and update it when plans change. Event dates, locations, schedules, food plans, player limits, registration deadlines, and other details may change. Members are responsible for reviewing current event information.
Money and league records
The website may display buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons, payouts, Championship-pot contributions, and other event ledger information. These features are league recordkeeping tools. If a displayed amount conflicts with an authorized correction or the applicable league rules, league administration may correct the record.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, manipulate results or records, or use member information for unauthorized purposes.
Availability
The website is provided for league convenience and may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will always be error-free.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, mapping, hosting, and email providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” for private league administration without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. WSOF Poker League and its administrators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or unavailability of the website.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the league or website changes. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
