World Series of Fera Poker League (“WSOF Poker League,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this private poker league website to manage league membership, events, RSVPs, standings, tournament results, communications, and related league activities. This policy explains what information the website may collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may store your name, email address, linked sign-in provider, league player profile, RSVP responses, dietary restrictions or event comments you choose to provide, tournament results, points, standings, payments or ledger records related to league events, email preferences, account activity, and administrative/audit records.
Google and Microsoft sign-in
The site may use Google or Microsoft authentication. We use the identity information supplied by the sign-in provider to authenticate you and associate your login with an approved league account. The WSOF Poker League website does not store your Google or Microsoft account password.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the league, manage access, register players and attendees, calculate standings and tournament results, administer events, maintain league records, send account and event communications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and support league administration.
Event and RSVP information
RSVP details such as dietary restrictions, dishes being brought, and attendee comments are intended for league administration, event hosts, and other authorized league-management roles as appropriate. League participation information, standings, and tournament results may be visible to other approved members.
Email communications
We may send transactional messages such as account invitations, registration confirmations, and important account notices. Optional event reminders can be controlled from your account’s email preferences. Each supported event email also includes a link to manage those preferences.

Members can manage optional email preferences through their account. You may contact a league administrator regarding corrections to your account information or questions about information associated with your league profile.
Children
This private poker league service is not directed to children and is intended for authorized league participants and attendees.
